First Class Air Welcomes Dwayne Mendez as Director of MRO Customer Service

We are excited to announce that Dwayne Mendez has joined First Class Air as Director of MRO Customer Service.

Dwayne brings more than 20 years of aviation industry experience spanning cargo operations, training, operations management, process development, and customer success. Throughout his career, he has built a reputation for developing high-performing teams, implementing operational best practices, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

In his new role, Dwayne will lead the MRO Customer Service teams across Cargo Repair, Cobalt Aero Services, Innodyne Systems, and Survival Products, helping create a more consistent, customer-focused experience throughout First Class Air's family of aviation companies.

His extensive background in training, process improvement, and customer success will play an important role as First Class Air continues to strengthen its integrated platform and enhance the way it supports customers around the world. Dwayne will help identify and implement best practices that reinforce operational excellence while further embedding The First Class Way culture centered on responsiveness, collaboration, and customer success.
