We are excited to announce that Joe Sitkowski has joined First Class Air Support as Sales Director.
Joe brings more than 13 years of experience in the commercial aviation aftermarket, with expertise in aircraft parts procurement, sales, fleet support, supplier management, and strategic business development. Throughout his career, he has built strong relationships across the aviation industry while driving operational excellence and delivering results for both customers and organizations.
Most recently, Joe served as Senior Manager of Fleet Parts Procurement at Aircraft Engine Lease Finance (AELF), where he supported fleet maintenance, aircraft deliveries, and global procurement initiatives. Prior to AELF, Joe held progressive leadership roles with AAR Corporation and AeroDirect, further expanding his knowledge of commercial aircraft parts, customer support, and the global aviation aftermarket.
In his new role, Joe will focus on strengthening customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and supporting the continued growth of First Class Air Support. His extensive industry experience and customer-first approach will help further strengthen the company's commitment to delivering responsive, reliable aftermarket solutions.
