First Class Air Welcomes Mark A. Goodenow Jr. as Vice President of Supply Chain

We are excited to announce that Mark A. Goodenow Jr. has joined First Class Air as the Vice President of Supply Chain.

Mark brings a wealth of experience as a results-driven operations and supply chain executive with a proven track record of leading transformational initiatives across the aerospace and aviation industries. Throughout his career, he has successfully built and scaled global supply chain operations, optimized performance across complex organizations, and delivered significant cost savings and operational improvements.

Most recently, Mark served as Senior Vice President of Operations and Head of Supply Chain at Metrea, where he built a full-spectrum operations organization to support a rapidly growing, multi-domain aircraft operator. His leadership drove enhanced supplier performance, reduced costs, and improved overall service delivery across global markets.

Mark’s career highlights include:

• Delivering over $150 million in cash savings through strategic supply chain initiatives
• Reducing MRO and manufacturing lead times by up to 40%
• Designing and implementing global logistics networks across 25+ countries
• Leading large-scale transformations that improved forecasting accuracy, inventory performance, and operational scalability

In addition to his operational leadership, Mark has also served as a Chief Financial Officer, bringing a strong financial and strategic lens to his work. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Six Sigma Black Belt, known for his data-driven approach and commitment to continuous improvement.

In his new role, Mark will focus on strengthening our operations, enhancing supply chain performance, and supporting the company’s continued growth and scalability.
